it is adjacent to the airport. everything met the demands. don't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit fort pond bay park.

our favorite hotel in montauk, we would recommend it. the food in the deck and the service. we took a queen suite and it had central heating, flat-screen television and a dining area. kind owner running the venue.
